HP LaserJet Pro 4103dw не печатает документ Word

Добрый день!

В компании есть 3 штуки HP LaserJet Pro 4103dw

3 штуки HP LaserJet Pro 428dw

3 штуки HP LaserJet Pro 426dw

Периодически появляются документы Word, которые не печатаются только на 4103dw. Встают в очередь и не печатаются. На остальных МФУ печатаются без проблем.

Если документ выделить Ctrl+A и скопировать в новый документ Ctrl+V, то печатает.

Если сохранить в *.pdf и поставить галку "Подогнать размер", то печатает.

Что делал.

- Сбрасывал на заводские настройки.

- Переустанавливал драйвера.

- Перезагружал компьютер, МФУ.

Могу предоставить такой документ Word.

3 pieces HP LaserJet Pro 426dw

Word documents that are not printed only on 4103dw appear periodically. They get in line and don't print. The rest of the MFPs print without problems.

If you select a document with Ctrl+A and copy it to a new document with Ctrl+V, it prints.

If you save it to *.pdf and check the box "Adjust size", it prints.

What I did.

- Reset to factory settings.

- Reinstalled the drivers.

- I was rebooting the computer, the MFP.

I can provide such a Word document.

Please help.

1. Looks like the driver is not updated, so install the next driver for your Windows computer:

2. Then print your Word document again.

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
