LaserJet Pro M12W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a HP LaserJet Pro M12W printer, i configured my printer's wireless settings by mistake,

i choosed manual IP in my printer's wireless configuration page and entered "192.168.2.100" IP address,

and now i found out modems can't give "192.168.2.X" IP Addresses to devices and i cant connect to my printer with wireless connection,

when i try to connect to my printer with wireless connection i give this error:

"The printer was able to successfully connect to the wireless network using the wireless credentials provided. However, this computer is unable to communicate with the printer."

and i'm sure that i connected to same network with my laptop and my printer,

and when i print my configuration page with holding the cancel button i see the IPv4 Address = "192.168.2.100",

what should i do to fix this and correct my printer's IP address,

and how can i factory reset my printer to set the factory default wireless settings.

"please help me"

Thank you, I figured out what to do,

i had reset my printer to factory default settings with doing bottom steps and now my printer's IP address reseted:

1. Turn the product off. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect.

2. Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention light turns on.Release the 3. Resume button. The Attention and Ready lights cycle while the product restores factory defaults.
