my HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer only will print one copy of anything and says jam in cartridge area. There is no jam.. i open the door and close it and it is fine for one more prnt... I have put in a new cartridge and everything i can thing of including updating firmware and reseting power.. same thing every time.. please help.

I understand that you have an HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf Multifunction Printer and it displays a false paper jam error I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
During my research, I found that the following firmware updates are available for your HP printer: (Source: http://hp.care/2qLlrqc)
- HP LaserJet Firmware Update Utility.
- HP LaserJet Series printers Formatter Firmware RFU download files.
- Web Jetadmin Firmware.
Please ensure that the first firmware update was attempted. Once the firmware is installed, the printer needs to be restarted.
In case the problem persists then let us reset the printer. Resetting the printer will restore the printer to its original factory condition. A private message has been sent to you with the reset instructions.
