I bought the HP LaserJet Pro M203DW because it claimed to do automatic double sided printing - no matter what options I select it will not double-side print automatically. I will take back the printer if I can not get this sorted. Please can someone help. Had nothing but issues with this printer so far - my cheaper, slower HP is 100% better - I bought this to save time printing school resources - not spend hours trying to get it to do a simple task.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
