HP LaserJet Pro M203dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

we are using HP LaserJet Pro M203dn printer connected to network and I tried everything I found on web to disable the Status Notification Pop-ups (on PC´s where it is set as default printer) . I also switched off SNMP Protocol (using web browser HP app for printer advanced setup), but no reaction - pop-ups are still there. Please can you help me and suggest what can I try to solve this problem?

Thanks

Check the printer driver.  Go to printer properties > device settings and look for the installable options for an option called notifications.  In some cases there is a settings button you can click when a notification pops up.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.

Thank you for advice, but I already checked this - there is just one option called Duplex unit

Sorry the second suggestion was not clear. When the notification pops up, check to see if there is a settings button in the notification pop-up itself.

Sorry, I was focused on first part 🙂

No, there is just "X" to close it, and double-click also doesnt work...

Sometimes you close it and it is back in a few seconds.
