Product: LaserJet Pro M402n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why is our LaserJet Pro M402n Printer changing the manually setup IP address back to DHCP. I replaced a printer in an office and used the IP address of the old printer to set the M402n printer to. After I change the address, the printer changes itself to DHCP. It tells me it saves the manual setup, but not working. thank you.

In cases like this our first step is a factory restore and retry the settings.
