HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fn does not recognize toner cartridge (Message is "replace black cartridge"). Have done multilple resets i.e. unplugging and replugging with and without cart. Cleaned contacts and yes replacement is official HP 83a. The scan function sill works but will not print anything, not even test page. It just beeps and flashes message as above. Hope someone has another suggestion.

At this Point I would request you to contact HP Support for replacement cartridges or possible Service Options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
