The printer stuck at initialization screen. 

I have tried as follows:

- Firmware updated on HP LaserJet Printers 

- Hard reset; and

- Cold reset.

Still not working, the printer was under "Permanent Storage Init" -->"initializing"screen.  Then, it was stuck at "Initializing" again.  Tried few times, unplug power and turn on the printer.  Still not working.

I couldn't install the newer verison of printer drive on my PC due to have to connect my pc and printer (after firmware updated). It kept no connection between printer and pc although both were connected with USB and turned on.

Would you please help?  Many thanks!

Appreciate all your time and efforts. Let's try resetting the printer.
