I am looking for HP laser printing training for a job I have recently started. We service smaller units such as 401's 451's 602' and 2055's. There is one other post on this forum about training but it was a few months ago with one answer that didn't give much information. Can anyone that has training, or knows of an online resource for training, provide a link?

Thanks!

If you are working for an HP partner HP offers tons of free training. If you are self-servicing as an HP  customer they also have resources. Otherwise there are third parties that offer training or you can find service manuals at various locations. The big thing to focus on is being able to identify the cause of print defects quickly and correctly. Feedroller.com often has most manuals posted there,

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.
