Hello,
I have HP Color LaserJet Pro M274n, and I have plan to donating my HP printer/scanner.
Please tell me how I can delete all printed/scanning document from HP internal memory ?

You are gladly welcome.
The memory uses to process a copy or print job only, it do not store any content data once completing the job.

Hi,
There are no documents stored in the printer moemory, the internal memory only store personal settings and configuration.
You may remove any personal configuration by tapping Setup, then select Service.
Select Restore Defaults and confirm any prompt.
