When I connecting the printer to the pc, another device appears - supporting usb printer with a driver error. Only a manual driver update helps, but after a reboot pc everything repeats. Please help me solve this problem.

Yes, I installed this driver. But it was installed only in the system, not on the device. When I connect the USB cable (USB2.0 port or 3.0), the system installs only "supporting USB printer" with an driver error. When I try to manually install the recommended driver, it displays a message that it is not supported by the device. Then I manually install "supporting USB printer". With 3 or 4 attempts, it is installed successfully and the device appears in the printers and works well until the reboot, then it is written that the device is not connected, and a new one is found. This problem is present on 3 printers p2014 with different computers. And I tried a lot of usb cables. I also tried installing the universal HP driver via USB001 virtual port, it didn’t work. Сhanged the firmware, used the HP Print and Scan Doctor, It didn't help.

I have exactly the same problem. My laptop with Windows 10 1809 works fine, but my PC with Windows 10 1909 gives me an error: This device cannot start. (Code 10). I also tried a lot of different cables, but it didn't succeed. When I try to add a printer manually, there is no USB port available to choose.
