HP Laserjet Enterprise 700 M712
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When the printer runs out of paper during a printjob:

- The user adds new paper to the tray

- The printer acknowledges the new paper, the out of paper warning goes away on the printer

- The client PC does not recognize that new paper is avaiable immediately. It can take 10 minutes before printing resumes.

Setup:

- Printer connected to LAN

- Printer shared on print server (Win2012)

- PCL6 printer driver installed on client (Win7)

Requirement:

- That clients recognize paper tray is ready and resume printing immedialtey

Tried:

- Printer driver update

- Firmware update

Not sure what else to do! Suggetions welcome.
