Hello there,
We have a user who is having issues with their LaserJet M506 where when they print duplex as it comes out of the top of the unit the paper slightly sits inside the feeder at the top.
I have followed the guide on the Website where it says to remove tray 2, then pull down the duplex tray then finally open the back - When I look at this there is no jam showing at all.
I have tried another fuser unit and checked the main rollers and it all seems to look fine.
I have attached images of where the corner of the paper keeps sitting which then flags a jam.
