The setting of the printer allowed to confirm for second page document during copying.  Now that duplex mode is getting reset to single mode in every restart of the printer. The setting is to be done for every restart. The copying is done correctly but only for a single page. Please help to overcome the issue

Hello
If you are using the class driver, the issue you described may occur.
You may download and install the full HP LaserJet MFP M436dn driver instead. After installing it, please reconfigure the duplex settings in the new driver and test automatic duplex printing again.
If duplex copying still does not work, please print a configuration page from the printer to verify whether the duplex unit is being detected correctly.
