Delay printing when click on print, 20-25 minutes delay print, when restarting after printing it prints immediate, then if I print after 4-5 hours its delay printing again, I need to restart printer again, so basically printer needs restart required frequently, and printing delay very much having firmware version (3.9.12), this is upgraded version actually before this version having (3.9.9), but after upgraded still facing same issue

@CT_tecstub, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Laserjet MFP M527m printer.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

  1. Print a Configuration Page
From the printer control panel, go to Reports > Configuration/Status Pages > Configuration Page, then print it. Use this page to verify the current firmware details and printer status.
  2. Open the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS)
From the printer control panel, view the network/connection information, then open the printer EWS in a web browser. In EWS you can review:
    • Device Status
    • Event Log
    • Configuration information

I hope this helps!

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.

You should be running FS5.9.2.3 on that system. Most common cause of slow printing is using a WSD driver and a Microsoft IPP printer driver.  Network issues are also a possibility.

You can pretty much eliminate the hardware if you can copy from the scanner or print reports from the printer control panel and they process normally.
