I tried the link and comes up page can't be displayed.  Is this link no longer active?  I am having the same issue with streaking on the page from the printer.

Perform what is known as a half test. Put a sheet of paper on the manual fold down tray in front and open the paper tray. Now print a self test and when the back edge of the paper enters the printer, quickly open the toner door to stop the printing. Now remove the toner and look at the image below. If the defect is present the toner cartridge is the issue and nothing else. If the defect is not present, then the fuser teflon sleeve has gone bad and the fuser will need to be replaced.
