Operating System: Chrome OS

I have tried power drain, removing toner cartridge and thumb on screen. Seems to be getting worse in stead of better.

Is this a constant problem for people? SHould I return the printer????

It was actually a wireless router issue. We made some changes in the router setup to a static ip address for printer and now it seems to be working fine/

when a printer gets stuck on initialization thats usually a hardware issue, typically the formatter board.
