Hello everyone!

The problem i'm having is that i'm constantly getting the "Jam in Cartridge Area open door and clear jam" after I try to print a single page. After i remove the paper, the printer allows me to print and doesn't show the error message anymore, but if I try to print again the paper would jam and so on. The printer doesn't manage to print anything, so my guess is that there is a problem with the mechanism that feeds the paper. I cleaned the pickup rollers with isopropyl alcohol as instructed by the manual but that didn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions?

Most common cause of this error is a broken drive on the toner cartridge, especially if you are using 3rd party toners. Remove the cartridge and look at the right and side and you should see a little small metal shaft with tabs on it. The picture below is a correct looking shaft, if the tabs are bent or missing the cartridge will not rotate and needs to be replaced.
