Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hola, tengo una impresora HP LASERJET pro m12W. Intento configurarla para usarla el wi-fi.

Descargue el controlador de la pagina oficial: https://support.hp.com/es-es/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-m11-m13-printer-series/9365405/mode...

El problema es que empieza a extraer los archivos pero no se inicia la utilidad de configuración, por lo cual no consigo configurar la impresora.

Existe alguna solución?
