Product: Laserjet M203dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP M203dw  that was secured by setting up a password using the embedded web server. We are unable to retrieve the password. Are there instructions on how to reset this admin password?

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I understand that you have an HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer and would like to reset the admin password for the EWS (Embedded Web Server) page. I'll be glad to assist you with this.

 

I suggest you to reset the printer. This will restore the printer to its original factory condition. The printer will disconnect from the wireless network and you will need to reconfigure it again. 

 

I have sent you a private message with the steps to reset the printer.

How can I reset M203dw to factory setting? Somehow I reset the password but now I cannot login....
