Product: HP M402n

I am trying to install a new M402n onto my Server 2012 Essentials machine, but for some reason it will not print. The driver installs fine, but when I attempt to print something, the printer spins up and makes noise, but nothing comes out. I have installed the printer onto my laptop and it functions fine. Is there an issue with 2012 essentials and this printer?

I did try those drivers to no result. I was able to get it installed with the universal printer driver so that it at least functions.

Hi,

Have you installed the drivers below?

Be sure to follow the Install Instructions to install the drivers using the Add Printer wizard and check for any difference.

Make sure Windows in updated all the way.
