Have the new printer installed and running. Can print test pages and from programs.
However - in the HP Printer Status and Alerts app - I get an error of "Device status cannot be determined". When I try to start the HP Device Toolbox, I get "There is a problem communicating with the printer. Check your USB connection and verify the printer is ready."
Printer works and is connected via USB. Is there a way to re-install just these two programs? I can't seem to find them individually on the HP Support page.
