I have an HP Laserjet M477fdw that has a defective fuser. I replaced the fuser with an OEM part, and now the black looks completely faded on every print. The other colors seems to be printing fine. In the hopes that it was just the toner, I replaced the black with a new one, but it is still faded.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Problem solved: When replacing the fuser, I disconnected a small ribbon cable to plug in the fuser wiring.
One contact on the ribbon cable was damaged.
After replacing this ribbon cable, the black background disappeared.
