My HP M606 Printer keeps leaking Toner.  I took it to be repaired, they said it was probably the cartridge and cleaned the machine and sold me a new HP cartridge.  It started doing the same thing again so I took it back, they did the same thing and now after printing 200 pages, its doing it again.  It starts after about 100 pages, Toner is inside the compartment.  The company is HP Certified, so I don't know whats going on.  Its been 3 times in the last month and I am loosing business. I am a mobile Notary and need to print documents.

Are you printing on plain paper or sometimes using a different paper type?

Plain paper, I am using it right now, but only printing 25 pages at a time, waiting for the fan to stop and printing another 25 pages.  It seems to happen when I try to print 50 or more pages.
