HP Recommended

Initial Issue: I got a 41.03.A4 error followed by an "Tray 4 Paper Mismatch" after I replaced the Maintenance Kit.

 

What I have tried so far (not in order):

 

  • Replace all rollers again (did this twice for a total of 3)
  • Updated FW
  • Reset to Factory Default and updated FW
  • Swapped the printer with the same printer beside it. The errors followed the printer
  • Swapped Toner/Drum
  • Swapped Fuser
  • Swapped Trays (Got same error on a known working tray)
  • Swapped Casettes
  • Confirmed the tray settings were correct on the printer (drivers/pc side doesn't matter because even the reports error from the printer's panel)

Not sure what else to try. It multifeeds randomly too. Which is weird because the error goes to different trays, even the tray 1 the printer comes with. Something logical perhaps?
