HP MFP M277
I have HP MFP M277fw printer - states fw is corrupt

I’m unable to print. When I try to print anything the document sits in the Q. Then the printer shows corrupt on the touch screen.

I have done a factory reset, the firmware is up to date, there is not a paper jam, I have put in a new printer cartridge, & there is paper in it.

Can someone assist help me to resolve this problem?

@Ketch67

Are you able to make a copy?

Please try printing a test page using these steps -

1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

2. Open the Self Diagnostics menu.

Let me know.
