When I try to print with my HP MFP M281fdw it wants to fax. Anybody that can help

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Set the printer as default to fix this issue.

To choose a default printer, select the Start  button and then Settings. Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage. Then select Set as default.
