Product: HP P2055dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer suddenly went offline and nothing we have tried has resolved the issue. The top ethernet light on the printer is green and VERY rapidly blinking as if there is an endless stream of data.

 

Have tried resetting the printer and simply switching on/off also moving to another network point in the building but as soon as power is switched on the network light blinking starts immediately. 

 

I should say the network switch has been checked and no fault found.

 

The printer works as expected when connected directly to a pc via USB.

Hi Brotybob,

 

I think you try uninstall then reinstall driver for your printer.
