Hello HP Support,

I am experiencing a critical issue with my HP PageWide Color MFP P77940.

After updating the firmware, the printer can no longer keep its network configuration.

  • When I configure a manual/static IP address, the device always reverts back to DHCP after every restart.

  • This issue happens consistently and only started after the firmware update.

  • All other printer settings are saved correctly, but the network configuration is lost every time.

Could you please advise if this is a known firmware bug, and if there is a fix or a recommended firmware version that resolves the problem?
