The below question was asked, I cannot find the answer or a resolution, does anyone have some advice on how to resolve, need to load at least 35 users, currently cannot add more than 10 users (Scan to Folder)

 

Product: HP Page Wide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

I have to set up multiple scan-to-folder destinations, but 10 profiles the "add" button is greyed out.

 

Does anyone have a idea what is going on? I hope that this isn't an artificial limit by on the scan-to-folder destinations.

 

Technically, this wouldn't make any sense to me, why there would be a difference between 10 or 100 scan-to-folder destinations.
