HP Pagewide Pro M 477fdw

Hi Community,

 

this morning starting Pagewide 477 and error 011249AA is showing right away and I can't get rid of this error nor do I know the error message behind it. Can't even shut down by normal switch off. Only pull the plug helps shutting down but plugging again the error shows right away.

Please someone knows the error and remedy? Please let me know.

Is this error on a blue screen? I ask because there is no listing in my service documentation for this error. Further investigation would require opening a case with HP tech support.

Uuups Repairatrooper, error not only shows on blue screen, I messed the number. The right error number is: 0112E9AA. This might not make a difference but I hope you have this number in your service book.

I must apologize as well, I thought that this was a LaserJet, but turns out just in the wrong category.  I will numbers again tonight as codes are completely different for PageWide inkjet printers.

I have no documentation on that error. It also does not follow the expected error code schema. HP tech support may be able to provide more details but that is beyond the scope of this volunteer staffed board and you would need to contact them at 1-800 HP Invent
