Hi all, after replace External HDD, it show error 99.09.060. Even i tried to Format Disk and Erase/Unlock but when i install firmware, it show like that. Please help. Thank you

What HDD you install? Original HP for printer or normal computer HDD ?

 

The HP firmware futuresmart 4 and futuresmart 5 can be installed only on an original HP printer HDD

How to determine original HP printer HDD and normal computer HDD. I bought from the shop and they said it from original HP printer. 
All HDD 2.5inch, same product number HDD from my original printer
