Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

PC is working with doamin environment .. printer suddenly stop working and its showing offline.. once its connect to another computer with out doamin. printer is working fine. what will be the issue?? one time i got this issue with laptop also.. laptop was not with the domain...

You're probably connected to that printer through a USB cable, in which case the fact that the PC is on a domain has absolutely no bearing on the problem.

If the printer works on one PC but fails on another PC, then the PC it is failing on has a driver problem.

So I would recommend downloading the most current driver from hp.com, then deleting the existing driver, then installing the newly downloaded driver.

hi,

 

i have check with the new driver and its showing the same error. hopefully problem will be clear if i format the PC.
