My HP Deskjet 2700e All-in-One will not print any Microsoft office documents (word, excel, ppt, etc.) but does act like it is printing and pushes through a page. When I try to print a PDF export of these, it will print the outline of the text (not a solid black print, but a blue-ish outline of each letter and symbol so a period looks like a little circle). I have tried resets, I've tried software, and I've gone through the unhelpful "AI". No luck at an actual fix. Is anyone able to help fix this issue???

Hello
Please open HP Smart on your computer, go to Printer Settings → Tools → Printer Reports, then print the diagnostic information page.
Finally, please take a photo of the printed diagnostic page and send me the picture so I can confirm the issue. Thank you.
