HP Scan Program has  strange behavior. Text input and comboboxes are blank ..... but even this it scan. But you canot set what you would like to.scanHas BLank Inputs.JPG

Hi,

From File Explorer open C: driver and then the printer installation folder

(Should be similar to HP_LaserJet_Pro_MFP_M426-M427)

From there browse to Setup\Product\Scan_App\Fonts

Select all the shown fonts with your mouse, right-click it and select Install, be sure to confirm any shown prompt.

 

Now restart your computer and check for any difference, the scan program should not appear as expected.

Uninstall the HP Software as listed below:

https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c02259020

 

Once done, download and reinstall the latest software below, then check for any difference:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL61846/ma-149294-8/HP_LJ_Pro_MFP_M426f-M427f-PCL6_v3_Mode...
