E57540 and E52645 fleet is not scanning to sharepoint since August. All of them stopped working simultaneously.

HP Enterprise support is not helping.

The detailed diagnostic log shows this exception: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS

You must enable logging detailed errors and then export the diagnostic log to view the xml data to find this message. In the past this was an SSL certificate issue. As of 5.9.0.2 firmware the issue is still not resolved.

Event Log Error is 44.16.06 Upload of image file failed. And when you test in the detailed setup for quicksets you get this message: The operation failed. Please verify your configuration and try again.

Do something.

Which model of 57540 do you have?

Ithink it may be due to Sharepoint no longer trusting self-signed certs, which the HP uses by default.  I may try getting a CA cert and using that.  Kinda silly to get a CA cert just for this purpose but security is forever changing.

Don't bother. anything released prior to 2021 is not going to work. Microsoft turned off basic authentication in favor of Modern Authentication. Update your firmware to see if Microsoft login is available for the scan to sharepoint authentication. Work around for us is to use synchronizing the data between onpremise and sharepoint via powerautomate.
