Samsung Note
Android 5.0 - 5.1.1 Lollipop

For the longest time I have been able to use the HP Smart app on my Samsung Note, and specifically the ScanToEmail feature.  I now have not been able to get this to work, and it is grayed out, that and the ScanToCloud feature is grayed out too.  Has anyone else had this happen?  and what did you do to fix it?  Reinstalled, resetup, all of it... still grayed out.  Please advise and thanks.

To help you further with this, please let us know the Printer you have. Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

 

Also, are the Printer and the phone connected to the same Wi-Fi network?
