HP Solution Center

I have a old Hp printer listed on HP solutions.  It does say it is disconnected.  I would like to add my new printer. I have looked on ie but cannot find out how to do this.  I was hoping I would not have to uninstall the whole program.

I understand you have issues connecting your printer to the network and you are getting an error disconnected.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Are your printer and the PC and connected to the same home network?

Are you able to print from other devices on the same network?

Please share the model name of your printer to assist you better.

Restart the computer, router and printer together and try connecting it again.

Since you have not shared the product details I might not be able to give you any steps as of now.

I was trying to change the names of my printer on Hp Soutions to Hp 6500a Plus.  I had a all in one c3180 printer in hp soultions before.  I was trying to put my new computer in the software.  I just deleted Hp Solutions and use the Hp

Print and Scan software for my new printer.

Why do you need to install solutions center software?

As you mentioned you deleted the HP solutions center from your PC and you need the software back.

HP solutions center is a very old software and its been replaced by HP printer assistant.

And it has more features than the HP solutions center software. HP Printer Assistant is printing software to set up your printer, scan, order supplies, check ink levels, and more. It comes with HP printers made after 2009.
