Product: HP Tango X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Does anyone know how to keep this printer online.  It says it's connected to the network but my smartphone, nor my laptop can find it.  Can anyone help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the printer's network settings: Press and hold for at least three seconds to restore the network settings to default settings.

 

Once done use the HP Smart App on your Computer or phone to connect it: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
