HP Toner Cartirdge cc388a and cc388ac ,both are compatible with HP LaserJetPro MFP M226dn NPICB80? and what is the differ between both .

Most likely the same physical cartridge but the 388AC is probably why contract version for customers under a cost per copy  contract.
