Microsoft Windows 11

Installing the HP ePrint + Jet Advantage software on a new Windows 11 computer and on first use, like normal, prompted with the following: "To enable HP ePrint on your computer you need to register this HP ePrint driver with the HP ePrint Service." I click on HP ePrint Registration button and enter an email address that has been working for nearly a decade. I get a message that says an email has been sent but nothing arrives. Although the email in the past has never gone to Junk Mail, or been flagged by email security, I checked both and the email never arrives. I traced the email from HP since I know the email address from past instances of installing the software and there is no email being sent. Please advise. NOTE: There is NOTHING wrong with the printer it is working on a dozen other computers, just cannot register the ePrint driver with the new computer.
