HP envy 4500 won't print a4 size images

Trying to print 5 x 8 photos and A4 photos but they only seem to print half a picture or its not central , please can you help . I have HP paper and i have wasted a fair amount of ink. Do i need another printer ?

• Make a copy and check if that prints fine?

Meanwhile:

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report.

1. On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Tools, and then press OK.

2. Press the Down Arrow  to scroll to Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The printer prints the test page.

If that does not print fine, try the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

If the issue persists, I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
