After I reset my printer to the factory setup. I received the following notice from it. " The indicated cartridges can only be used in a printer that is currently enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Visit hpinstantink.com to enroll this printer or address enrollment issues.

The printer has been enrolled in the program for more than a year.

Can someone help?

If the printer is confirmed to be still enrolled in HP Instant Ink and account status is ok. There is a possibility that the printer could not be synced to HP for the printer to know it is an instant ink enabled printer. 

 

Make sure after factory reset that

1. printer is network connected either Wi-Fi or Ethernet

2. complete the setup using the HP Smart app or HP app

3. make sure to complete the setup and login your HP account that has the printer associated with it.
