LaserJet Enterprise M608
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my printer's firmware yesterday and as soon as it finished the printer restarted and I can't access the control panel as well as embedded web server configuration page. I have tried to uninstall and install drivers but still i encounter 49.38.03 error. Can someone help please on how I can resolve the error?

Something may have corrupted during install. I recommend that you format the drive on the printer and reinstall the firmware.  This is done through the pre-boot menu.  Turn printer off, turn on and when the screen lights up press the cancel key. Menu will open. Scroll down to administrator and select format disk, when done, select download and insert a USB key with the firmware bundle on it in the printer. Once it finishes downloading, use cancel button until continue option shows and select. Printer will restart.

Where is the cancel button on the M608?  I only have a touchscreen, no other buttons beyond the power button and the one to open the toner door.

Being a touch screen unit there is not physical cancel button, what is it you are trying to do?
