Hi! @Arshman, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have issues printing from the printer.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from the printer?

Have you tried printing from a different application?

Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.

Update the printer firmware and check if it helps.

Update the printer firmware using this link. Click Here

Reset the printer

Resetting the printer can resolve some types of slow printing issues.

  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

  5. Wait at least 60 seconds.

  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

    NOTE:

HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.

  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

If the copy works fine uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.

Update the full feature printer software using this link. Click Here

Also, Try restoring the printer setting default and check if it helps.

1. Open the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS):
a. Open the HP Printer Assistant.
● Windows 8.1: Click the down arrow in lower left corner of the Start screen, and then select
the printer name.
● Windows 8: Right-click an empty area on the Start screen, click All Apps on the app bar, and
then select the printer name.
● Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP: From the computer desktop, click Start, select
All Programs, click HP, click the folder for the printer, select the icon with the printer's name,
and then open HP Printer Assistant.
b. In the HP Printer Assistant, select Print, and then select HP Device Toolbox.
2. Click the System tab, and then click the Save and Restore page.
3. Select Restore Defaults.
The printer automatically restarts.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a beautiful day ahead! 🙂
