Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New out of the box, began install, can't get past language selection, will not respond.  Tried cold reset, and that will not work.  Is it me or what else could it be.

One more item, connection was going to be by USB but computer shows no connection.  Other printer I am replacing and same USB connection work fine.

Problem solved, HP support and Amazon support no help.  Took two hours of researching and found the answer on You Tube.  2 seperate videos.  The problem was not the printer.  The problem is how you enter the info on the control panel.  Also, the USB would not connect was explained as a security feature and how to get by it.
