MFP M 880m
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello,

i have  a end user with a MFP M 880m they are trying to print from powerpoint 2013 they want it to be duplex on A5 however when i set the options to do this i get a error message saying the print settings are conflicted and when i click 'resovle automaticly' or 'resolve myself' the printer still prints A5 on one side.

can you please confim if a MFP M 880m printer supports A5 duplex printing?

Kind regards and thanks,

Reece

Hi Reece,

The M880, and in addition many other printers, do not support automatic A5 duplexing.

You can find more details in the following document:

However, you can still do manual duplexing.
