Hello! After update on my MAC, HP scan has changed the Name of The document to PREFIX.

Whatever I put in that new column (numbers, letters, 3 signs to 10 signs), the Save button just stays grey. So I cannot actually save the doc.

Please advise what to do

I see that you are using MAC Sierra and is experiencing an issue while scanning. I will do my best to help you fix the problem.

I would recommend you to try using HP Easy scan app to scan in MAC Sierra. Go to http://hp.care/2dVzZC9 to get instruction on how to download and use the HP Easy scan app.

Please let me know whether that works for you. Have a good day!
