Hi, 

Why I need to put my card no. and the 3 security digits to get a free HP smart?

As  My jet laser HP  scanner does not function. Only I can print with it on my windows 11

HP Smart is no longer used for Laserjet printers, you should start using HP app

Only use HP links for printer installation available in the next:

@ferRX / I am a volunteer posting answers.
