I just had fantastic support from HP support on WhatsApp.    I had been trying to reset my printer for hours on and off after a wifi blackout which left me with error messages and a need to reset my printer.   I tried everything in the book and more……so frustrating.   In the end a person called Manoj in India on the support chat line walked me through a lot of it and finally after a couple of hours it was done.   I am so grateful for the patience and technical experience given to me by Manoj.
